Country Brewer Huonville (now located just down the road in Ranelagh) is one of a number of Country Brewer stores across Australia. Presently ours is the only Country Brewer store in Tasmania, and  the Southern most homebrew store in Australia. We have become known in the area for our friendly service and advice, along with our great selection of products ranging from all things home brewing, to ingredients & equipment for Cheese & Yoghurt Making, Sausage, Bacon, & Jerky Making, BBQ Smoking, and Food Preserving. Not to mention a few things also for making Tofu, Kefir, Kombucha, & other fermented foods. 

We opened our store here in 2017, and look forward to being here for many years to come to serve you with great, friendly advice, and products for your home brewing/home made/slow food needs.
